Here are some important dates for athletes wanting to participate in off-season sports during the summer:

Girls Volleyball: Beginning June 18 (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9-11 a.m.) to July 5. Contact Nathan Fristed for more information (email@example.com)
Fall sports physicals will be held on the following dates in the school’s Multi-Purpose Room (MPR)
Monday, July 29 (football only)-6:30 to 8 p.m.
Wednesday, July 31 (all fall sports)-6:30-8 p.m.
Here are the following start dates for OHS fall sports
(No athlete may try out without a physical and proof of health insurance)
