The freshmen boys basketball team continued its winning ways with a 44-32 non-league victory over San Pasqual Friday night Ben Carmargo led the Pirates with 17 points and Bo DuBois added eight points. Dimario Marshall, Andrew Mendez, John Spencer combined for 12 points.

Wrestlers perform well at Carlsbad Invite

Two Oceanside High School wrestlers got off to a fast start at the Carlsbad Invitational last Friday and Saturday. 2017 State Qualifiers Shane Hanson took first place and Michael Aguirre got second in their weight classes in the opening meet of the season for the Pirates.
